I subjected my non-Saiyuki friends to what felt like 6,000 tweets about Saiyuki: Reload: Zeroin earlier this year and it would be fun to have someone to talk to who actually likes it! Who's your favorite character? Do you have a favorite arc? (My answers are "Hakkai" and "Even a Worm," FWIW.)

Hmmm...I suppose I would have to say my favourite character is Gojyo (but Hakkai is a very close second) and my favourite arc would either be Burial or Even a Worm (both are very good.)

I like to scream into the void about obscure death metal I've been listening to and share links to recipes I've been cooking. Sometimes I post fic recs, miscellaneous fandom thoughts and exchange news. Friendslocked posts are mostly idle chatter about RL.
Anything else you'd like us to know? I'm hopeless about consuming new media, but I like hearing other people's thoughts about their fandoms even if I'm unfamiliar. Ditto hobbies I don't share! Basically, if you're enthusiastic about something, I'll enjoy experiencing it vicariously.

Hey, I recognise your ao3 handle - pretty sure I’ve read and enjoyed some of your Star Wars fic! And I relate hard to struggling to keep my comments regular. I’m usually more or less steady at “semi-regular” levels, but then RL sets the pendulum swinging wildly between total silence and guilty catch-up binges.

Anyway, cool if I friend you? We share some interests (writing, music, gardening) along with our past fannish overlap, and it would be nice to chat more during our respective regular commenting phases. :)

Your mobpsycho icon caught my attention (though I must admit I've only seen the Netflix live action that everyone seems to hate...), and then I noticed we have more things in common, such as language learning (Japanese), reading, BL, and so on.
