Ha, we're Xennials or Oregon Trails, actually.

I recently started a Highlander: The Series rewatch when I found a bunch of old tapes and while I have not quite fallen all the way down the hole, I suspect it's coming. ^^;;

Anyway, friending for that and Robotech, it's very nice to meet you!

All good wishes on your Highlander rewatch! This year is (shockingly) the 30th anniversary of the TV series premiere. If you eventually find that you'd like to poke around the still-active bits of the fandom, we're not only in the midst of the annual HL fanfic exchange on hlh_shortcuts (stories to be revealed on the solstice, Duncan's birthday), but there's also an anniversary prompt-fest on hl_chronicles running through May (the traditional end of a North American TV season).

I feel like it's descriptive enough in name that if someone says Oregon Trail Generation, you automatically know if that's you! ^_^

This year is (shockingly) the 30th anniversary of the TV series premiere.

You know, despite just stating my age, I am unsure if I'm ready to be that old. But I'll absolutely check those out, thank you! I just got Season 1 on DVD and am looking forward to watching it in order for perhaps the first time ever. (Though I did have enough of S1 on VHS to remind me of how much I love Darius and how gutted I was when he died and how I was in fact still mad - and then I looked his actor up on Wikipedia to see what else he'd been in and oh, oh shit and that's probably going to make it all the worse but at least I'm not still grumbling about how dumb it was to kill him off in the show.
