Layout question

So, I got myself a new LJ layout (yay!) but I cannot for the life of me figure out why the hell I dan't seem to add a heading for the Link list.

I believe to dimly remember that I went to some trouble to remove it at my old layout but I didn't think that would stick xD so, if anyone has a clever thought or any kind of help, PLEASE let me know, I'm a little desperate here ...
