Hey!! Your mobpsycho icon caught my attention (though I must admit I've only seen the Netflix live action that everyone seems to hate...), and then I noticed we have more things in common, such as language learning (Japanese), reading, BL, and so on. Not sure you'd be interested in my journal, as it's a "classical" journal (with daily life stuff in it), interspersed with special interests which sometimes change quite abruptly... but feel free to drop by! I've given you access! :)

I just made it haha, I was having Feels and was like why don't I have one yet?? I had no idea there was a live action version, mind blown. Hope you get a chance to watch the anime or read the webcomic sometime. <3

I tried watching the anime, but for some reason didn't stick around, maybe the humour was just not for me? But I really love the fanworks whenever I see them, the fandom is so creative!! As for the live action though, a lot of webcomic/anime fans seem to dislike it, because it's apparently very different. (I can' tell in which ways, obviously...) It is very goofy (typical dorama humour), but it really helped me through a very dark time, so it'll always be special to me. ^^

Oh I totally get that, me and my mom have both learned that we have to watch something for ourselves before judging, and we focus on entertainment value over being nitpicky. And yep, some things are just plain comforting or fun or silly! <3

That sounds like a very healthy approach!! ^^ I love a lot of "tacky" stuff, or adaptations that are considered to be more loose. It all comes down to the enjoyment factor, so I totally agree.
