IRON MAIDEN!!! :D Also My Chemical Romance!!! I’ve tried to convince a few people that these two bands have the same energy but metalheads tend to scowl at me and emo kids just look confused. Anyway, they’re two of my faves as well.

What’s your star war of choice? I got in via the sequels and that’s where my heart lives, but I dabble in everything.

Sure, well met! Oh, I'm into a lot of stuff really, all over the board, though mostly attracted to doom and sludge, as well as black and death metal and grindcore. Experimental, too. Loved this year's Shaam Larein album, the new Darkthrone, The Lord & Petra Haden, Messa, Mizmor, Thou, Ufomammut, Celeste, or the new Sigh album... that's all been on the slab, lately. Though I'll always relax in Iron Maiden like in a hot tub.

What type of posts can we expect in your journal? Mostly personal day to day updates about my life, pictures, some discussion about mental health but I try to make sure that's behind a cut. Occasional posts about fandom stuff I'm enjoying but anything long/spoiler-y is put behind cuts. My journal is semi-locked so you can see some posts to get a sense of what I usually write about.
Anything else you'd like us to know? I am looking for folks who are interested in making friends online and who enjoy sharing parts of their lives or things that interest them. I try to meet people at their comfort level so I'm happy to have mutual access or stick to subscribing. I don't take it personally if folks unsubscribe. Friends yes! At the moment I have... multiple things on the go. I'm just starting weaving a tea towel, I'm working on a knit colourwork vest front featuring negative space cats, and I have a long ongoing project of a double knit cryptid blanket. Oh, and I have a blackwork Christmas ornament to finish cross-stitching for my eldest. I've also dabbled in tatting and naalbinding and have done a fair bit of crochet but don't have anything in that on the go right now.
